We brought in MCM Air to evaluate upgrading the old gas furnace and air conditioning system in our 60 year old nonconventional house.  This house had been remodeled and added on to over the years.  Due to cutting corners with the central furnace and duct work, parts of the house had to add base board heating and a second attic mount air conditioner was required for the bedrooms.  Lastly, a gas wall heater was added to heat the finished basement.  Pete from MCM spent an hour with me walking through the possible options and carefully walked through his recommendations.  After only a couple days, he came back with a very professional quote that simply and clearly outlined the options we could choose from.  Once we gave him the approval, he came back with his installer, Eric, and once again spent at least an hour evaluating the installation options and planning the work.  When they started the installation, they brought a lot of help and quickly installed the new system over a couple days.  They cleaned up after themselves every day and ended the job with a very effective, clean, and smart installation.  Tapping into their extensive experience and with their goal of pleasing their customers, they exceeded our expectations.  Pete and Eric found a way to creatively add some zoning to our system, unblock an old heating vent, and add a return air vent that appears to have obsoleted out need for multiple rooms with base board heating, the need for the second air conditioning system over the bedrooms, and the gas wall heater in the basement.  It looks like one high efficiency system installed very effectively is going to replace all of the other stuff.  We would highly recommend these guys if you want a very professional installation by a team that really truly knows how to treat a customer right.

Excellent Product, Installation and Service
I had MCM replace the 40+ year old furnace and also A/C units at my house recently. They had to retrofit much of the existing ducting, and run new vents, etc. The installation and work performed was excellent. The installers did a great job from start to finish, and really knew their stuff. The WiFi thermostat installed with the Infinity System is great. The smartphone and touchscreen controls and very easy to use and keep the house a comfortable temperature when we are both home and away. I would recommend MCM to anyone looking for replacements/service

Fast installation and quiet
Our old central air conditioner was beginning to fail so I called MCM Air for an estimate. They were quick to schedule an appointment to do estimate and very competitive with their quote. The installation could hot have gone better and the installation gentleman was so nice, even to my dog! The unit itself runs so much less than my prier unit and I can tell that my energy bills are already less. Half the time it’s running I don’t even hear it! My last Rheem unit sounded like a plane was landing in my yard. Thanks so much MAM Air! Can’t wait until I am ready for a new furnace!

It is Saturday morning 1/10/15.  We experienced another example of MCM Air, service excellence. Woke up to a cold house and a problem with our furnace. Placed a call to the emergency contact number and of course the technician, Eric Z. answered the phone. He directed me through a series of preliminary actions that could have solved the problem, preventing the cost of a service call with no success. He stated he be would out in 90 minutes and arrived in 60. As is always the case with all the associates at MCM, he was courteous, professional and efficient.

I just wanted to take a minute to let you know about the new system installation your team was on this past Wednesday. There was really nowhere to relocate the heat register in this bathroom. Anywhere in the joist cavity that the heat run was in, would have been “in the way”. Pete had a great idea by using the heat run in the closet, and running it into the wall so it blows into the bathroom. Pete made a potential bad situation into a perfect plan. I want to let you know that Jane and I have been very impressed with the way MCM has worked with us starting from the thorough approach you took to making certain you properly quoted the business to Eric managing a team to deliver a high quality on time installation.  It will take some time for us to be able to determine how much we enjoy the new system but the work you guys did was truly exceptional.  You relocated the intake and exhaust, relocated gas lines, relocated the position of the furnace, provided MUCH more control of the system with the inclusion of 3 zones, and did everything else and more.  Sure, it was not cheap but I understand doing things the right way sometimes costs more than taking short cuts.
